Position Summary
Seeking an experienced night shift House Staffing Supervisor for our Arrowhead Campus that can work 6p-6:30a ? 3-12 hour shifts with rotating weekends. Differentials will apply. The role of the House Supervisors focuses on patient flow and capacity throughout the campus and enterprise in collaboration with the Connected care center at the Thomas campus. The incumbent will be a key decision maker for Arrowhead Staffing campus and enterprise in collaboration with the Centralized staffing office at the Thomas campus and have Emergency management response responsibilities on the Arrowhead campus.
This position provides clinical leadership, oversight, assessment, support and coordination of patient care operations and workflow activities provided by nursing, clinical, and support staff throughout the house for a designated shift to ensure consistent provision of developmentally appropriate quality patient care in accordance with all applicable federal, regulatory, professional standards and requirements.
Education
- ADN (Required)
- Bachelor`s or higher in healthcare related field (Preferred)
Experience
- Experience with pediatric patient populations (Preferred)
- Three years professional clinical practice (Required)
Certifications
- Current BLS certification for Health care Provider from the American Heart Association (Required)
- Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association (Required)
- Current State of Arizona RN license (Required)
- Current and valid nursing certification in clinical nursing expertise required or must be able to obtain within one year of eligibility.
