Wellstar Health System is seeking an accomplished and strategic human resources leader to serve as its new Vice President Human Resources, Wellstar Physician Enterprise, based in Marietta, Georgia. As the top HR position of the medical group and the greater physician enterprise, this is a tremendous opportunity to make a significant impact at one of the largest integrated health systems in the state.

Reporting to the Wellstar Health System CHRO, the Vice President Human Resources, Wellstar Medical Group ("VPHR") is an integral member of the Wellstar Health System centralized HR team, with foundational Centers of Excellence in a Shared Services HR model. The VPHR will be a strategic thought partner to health system leadership to further position the Wellstar Medical Group and the greater physician enterprise to succeed in a rapidly evolving market. Additionally, the VPHR will focus on ensuring these components are aligned and highly engaged, while furthering the integration of all affiliated providers and practices with the Wellstar Health System.

Wellstar Medical Group is comprised of over 1,100 employed physicians and 900 Advanced Practice Providers, practicing in over 40 specialties across 300+ locations with over 5,300 total employees. The greater physician enterprise includes Wellstar Health Partners, which consists of over 800 clinically integrated physicians, and the recently acquired Wellstar MCG Health (formerly Augusta University Health) with more than 600 practice plan providers, as well as the health system's 11 Clinical Service Lines.
