Carle Health is seeking an additional Family Medicine APP to join our established clinic in Bartonville, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
Join an established practice with two other BC physicians and an Advanced Practice Provider
Primary Care for patients of all ages; average 16 patients per day
Clinic hours are Mon - Fri 8am-4:30pm
Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
