Physician: Post Acute Care - Full Time
OverviewSt. Luke's Health system is currently seeking a Post-Acute Care Physician to join our highly collegial and patient focused, multidisciplinary Post-Acute Medical Group. The selected individual will help to oversee two skilled nursing facility (SNF) sites as the facilities Medical Director as well as provide direct patient care. This opportunity boasts a great work/life balance.
