WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a part-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Nurse Practitioner to join our practice at the Franciscan Physician Network OBGYN Health Center located in Crown Point, Indiana. Provider will be joining an established, busy practice with experienced physicians and advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment with a great work-life balance.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have past or present Women's Health experience, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

• Part-time schedule
• No call expectation
• Average outpatient volume: 15 patients per day
• No inpatient rounding required
• Common Diagnoses and Procedures
  • Antepartum and Postpartum care
  • Pap smears
  • Breast exams
  • Vaginosis

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree - Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
