Summary

MyMichigan Medical Center Tawas is seeking a hospitalist to join our team.

• Days, 12-hour shifts, 7am - 7 pm
• Census up to 15 plus rapid responses and new admits

This is a great opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible candidate to help grow our hospital medicine program. There is excellent support and collegiality with subspecialty services.

• Medical Management of patients
• Admissions orders and H and P's
• Participate in rapid response
• Consultations and medical management of surgical patients
• Assume medical management of General Inpatient admissions
• Procedures: paracentesis, thoracentesis, TDC, chest tubes, lines, and medports

• MD or DO
• AHA approved BLS certification
• AHA approved ACLS certification
• State of Michigan license or eligible to apply

Critical Care Fellowship-trained Preferred

Base salary with RVU-based incentive compensation plan. Benefits include:
