Summary:
Responsible for clerical and secretarial duties, scheduling, and coordinating calendars to maintain productivity, prioritizing office procedures, compiling statistical reports and assisting in special projects as directed by the Nursing Director. Responsible for scheduling and maintenance of departmental documentation and data files. Responsible for entering charges, reviewing appropriate chart documentation, and ordering supplies. Responsible for performing various clerical duties to achieve maximum productivity with utmost quality.
Requirements:
A.Education/Skills
?High school diploma or equivalent.
?College, secretarial or business school preparation preferred.
B.Experience
?One (1) year related experience required.
?Previous secretarial and scheduling experience preferred.
