Social Worker
Summary The CLC Social Worker is responsible for providing a wide range of social work services to Veteran Residents in the Community Living Center, where the primary needs are long-term care, inpatient respite care, dementia care, palliative care, and short-term skilled or short-term restorative rehabilitation. Qualifications Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
