As a team, we are committed to nurturing the internal culture of our practice. In keeping with sustainability, we limit our OB caseload.  The caseload and clinic/call schedules are shared, which means there is ample time off for each provider as well.
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to practice full-scope nurse-midwifery care. We are looking for a candidate that places a high value on health, safety, the team, and client experience. The ideal candidate will have a heart for out-of-hospital birth and will feel comfortable with newborn care and TOLACs. You must also be willing to learn from, train with, and work collaboratively alongside Licensed Midwives. The candidate will have highly developed communication and interpersonal relationship skills, act responsibly, and will be dependable, flexible, and willing to participate in continuing quality improvement. We have an excellent integration process with opportunities for continued mentorship as needed, therefore prior experience is not a requirement if the candidate is a good fit.

AMCB Certificate or FNP Certificate, BLS and NRP certification are expected as well as an ability to obtain an APRN license in the State of Idaho
