Role Purpose
This position provides services to address the psychosocial needs of patients and families experiencing intimate partner violence. The role provides individual and group counseling, linkage to community resources, as well as expertise in cultural diversity and advocacy. It collaborates with the health care team and ensures timely, cost-effective discharge and transition planning.
