The Alexandria VA Medical Center is seeking two full-time, BC/BE, Primary Care Physicians to serve as a member of its Primary Care Team in Leesville, LA. Highlights of this position include:
Competitive Starting Salary $240,000-$250,000
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
This position is telehealth eligible (virtual visits- video, remote care by telephone)
Provide care to approximately 12-20 outpatients daily in an outpatient setting
Responsible for all facets of acute patient care
Will assist in completing quality management reviews.
Responsible for the successful achievement of applicable Performance Measure and Monitors his/her areas of responsibility.
Candidate will take an active part in the peer review process and complete Physician's reviews on time
