The Systems Analyst II, Clinical Applications is responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of the Radiology and Cardiology Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) systems, Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA), and other imaging applications to ensure efficient and effective imaging operations. This role involves collaborating with radiologists, cardiologists, technologists, IT staff, imaging leadership, and other healthcare professionals to optimize the use of PACS and related imaging systems. Manage and maintain all imaging applications, ensuring system availability, performance, and security. Perform routine system checks, backups, and disaster recovery procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve imaging systems-related issues promptly. Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, patches, and technical support. Provide support to end-users, including physicians and technologists. Provide project management of new imaging system installs and upgrades. Configure new modalities in collaboration with Clinical Engineering and the Epic Radiant/Cupid team. Collaborate with IT and clinical staff to integrate the PACS and VNA with other hospital systems (e.g., Epic Radiant/Cupid, Epic EMR). This position is based at our Raleigh Operations Center facility. This is a hybrid position with two days in office required per week.
