The role you’ll contribute:
The UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Provider Directory Manager is responsible for administering assigned projects focused on data management and maintenance, analytics, metrics, project management, and process improvement related to consumer and connected network strategy initiatives. Position serves as a strategic program expert of in and out of network provider listings and collaborates with key stakeholders to facilitate updates to and enter data for physician information in the CRM. Position establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders including AHMG, PHSO, physician relations, business development, marketing, contact center, hospital medical staff executives, case management, physicians, physician practice management, corporate staff and key strategic partners. This role effectively coordinates and inputs information related to connected network initiatives, and monitors, prepares, and compiles key statistical reports produced within third party tools for ongoing continued process monitoring. This role is responsible for internal communication for assigned projects and deliverables associated with execution of projects and data. Position reports to the Director of Consumer Strategy & Engagement.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Establish/maintain settings for local provider referral networks.
Ensure additions/changes to referral network are reviewed and processed in a timely manner
Collect and input provider data into CRM as needed
Maintains the integrity of physician profiles within CRM
Provide coordination among multiple data sources and validate data provided
Communicate regularly with network stakeholders on network performance
Analyze trends in network patterns and communicate trends to the appropriate business units
Ensure division is following established policies and procedures related to network management
Serve as IT liaison for directory issues as applicable
Serves as liaison for cross-functional team data projects
Ensure continuity and provide continuous feedback between cross-functional teams
Create and maintain accurate, organized and complete project files to include all documents required for project approvals
Assist with development and implementation of new consumer strategy data initiatives
Comply with the Employee Code of Conduct
Perform other duties as assigned or directed to support consumer and connected network initiatives
Coordinates the updates of Adventist Health System Campus Med Staff lists within CRM and regularly shares Contact Center physician database with Adventist Health System Marketing and Care Providers.
Liaison between department leadership and volunteer services to match needs of the department with skills of volunteers
Maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements, laws and policies as it pertains to volunteer service in the hospital setting.
Organizes annual volunteer recognition activities and or event
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
·Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field Required
·Master's Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field Preferred
·5 years of healthcare experience Required
·Ability to effectively plan, organize and execute assigned projects on time
·Ability to organize and plan cross-functional team meetings
·Working knowledge of healthcare entities relative to network affiliations
·Strong verbal and written skills; communicating effectively with senior executives, physicians, staff, internal customers and strategic partners
·Ability to develop assessment reports.
·Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and database management software
·Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
·Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
·Ability to research and prepare comprehensive reports
·Ability to complete goals through both project and team management
·Strong problem-solving skills
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
·Ability to manage multiple projects on multiple timelines
·Experienced in Microsoft Project or similar software.
·Working knowledge of physician networks, physician practices, hospital operations and ambulatory operations
