Join a dedicated healthcare team as the Director of Pharmacy at a small hospital in the heart of the beautiful southwestern U.S. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee pharmacy operations across inpatient, home health, and behavioral health services while managing a skilled supportive team of pharmacists and technicians ensuring high-quality, patient-centered pharmacy services. This position attractively offers a full-time day shift schedule with no weekends required (unless there is an emergency).
If interested, you must hold at least a few years of post-degree recent or current acute care pharmacist experience. Formal management experience is not required to be considered but is preferred. Must also be willing/able to obtain NM licensure if a NM license is not already held at the time of application.
