Pediatric Urologist needed at Golisano Childrens Hospital - Lee Health in beautiful Fort Myers, FL!

Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida is a state-of-the-art pediatric facility that delivers vital and lifesaving care for children and their families throughout the region. The 135 bed regional hospital cares for children across five counties and is the only childrens hospital between Tampa and Miami. Golisano provides a variety of specialized services for our communitys children ranging from emergency care to behavioral health, surgery to critical care, orthopedics, cancer treatment, cardiology, and more. It has a 16 bed PICU, 70 bed NICU with 24-hour in-house Neonatology coverage.

The organization has 4 acute care hospitals and 2 specialty hospitals that together house over 1,800 hospital beds.

Position Information:

Lee Physician Group (LPG) Pediatric Urologyis seeking a full timeBC/BEUrologist from anACGME accredited Urology Residency and Pediatric Urology Fellowship.The outpatient practice is located across the street from Golisano Childrens Hospital. Inpatient consultations are at Golisano. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with call required.

Golisano is home to Southwest Floridas only state-designated Regional Perinatal Intensive Care Center and is a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Golisano is recognized as an Asthma Friendly Hospital by the Florida Asthma Coalition. Most recently Golisano Children's Hospital was recognized as a Certified Autism Center. Golisano is the second hospital in the United States and first in Florida to receive this designation.
