SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to learn how to provide pharmaceutical care to diverse patient populations in multiple healthcare environments and to be accountable for optimal drug therapy outcomes as members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. 
• Eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania. 
• Registration for The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Matching Program is required.
