Inova is seeking a full-time Adult & Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team at the Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital, Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, and Inova PRIDE Clinic. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities and Practice Details:
- Pediatric Endocrinology Division includes six physicians, two advanced practice providers, a psychology service and team of diabetes educators . Our adult Endocrinology Division includes a total of 23 physicians, five advance practice providers and diabetes educators.
- Home to programs caring for adults and children with diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth concerns, puberty concerns, multi-disciplinary programs caring for children with cystic fibrosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, adult bone health program, multi-disciplinary programs for the management of thyroid cancer, endocrine disorders in pregnancy and gender diverse care (PRIDE Clinic)
- Endocrinology patients seen in Fairfax, Virginia (proximity to Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital/Inova Fairfax Hospital), Springfield, Ashburn, Virginia and via telemedicine.
- Inpatient care centralized to Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital
- Providing inpatient consult services 8-9 weeks per year for pediatric endocrinology services. Participation in adult inpatient consult services is available upon request.
- Supports learners as part of Inova Fairfax Pediatric Residency Program.
- Supervision of advanced practice provider may be requested following growth of your patient panel.
- Faculty appointment opportunity at University of Virginia Medical School Inova Campus
- Sharing call with the other physicians, supported by a robust triage system
Additional Requirements:
- Licensure - Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia
- Experience - Successful completion of physician residency program
- Education - Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution
- Certification: Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
