As the Procurement Coordinator, you will serve as the main point of contact for all procurement and purchasing needs for the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine. Primary duties include:
• Process requisitions for assigned faculty and labs using various mechanisms such as BruinBuy, P-card, Concur, Recharges, Facilities Service Request Systems
• Process invoices and serve as liaison to ensure PO’s, invoices, and payments are processed in a timely manner
• Receive, review and process reimbursements (e.g. travel, business expenses, human subject reimbursements for clinical studies/research)
• Resolve discrepancies
• Maintain records and supporting documents for all requisition and reimbursement requests
The full annual salary range for this position is $28.30 - $54.74/hour. Note: the department's targeted salary range is $28.30 - $31.00/hour.
