We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team, providing full scope midwifery care to women across all stages of life. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing prenatal care, assisting in childbirth, and delivering comprehensive well woman care. Your role will involve building strong relationships with patients, providing education and support, and promoting the holistic well-being of women and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering women through all aspects of their healthcare journey. You must be a skilled clinician with a deep understanding of obstetrics and gynecology, and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

New graduate candidates will be considered and, for the right person, we offer a supportive educational environment with a backup midwife present at all births until you are confident and competent. 

We are a HRSA approved facility and offer PTO, a separate sick bank, IRA with matching, and professional fee reimbursement. Schedule is flexible with time commitment being 3 clinic days per week and half the month of call time. 

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) license
• Master's degree in Nurse Midwifery
• Experience in full scope midwifery practice preferred but new grad applicants welcome
• Strong clinical skills in prenatal care, labor and delivery, and well woman care
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
