This is a contract position which will quickly become full time as the demand is large. Beautiful private offices available with full support. Scheduling and billing are done in house, with access to IT systems, office supplies, and clerical assistance available full time.
As a contractor, you will be paid based on your collections with a percentage deducted to cover overhead expenses.

Desert Psychiatric Associates (DPA), located in beautiful Palm Desert, CA, is a multi specialty group consisting of one owner, Richard I Torban, MD, Psychiatrist, Licensed Marriage and Family therapists, and a psychologist. A place where clients can receive medication managment in addition to behavioral health therapy. Recently located to a larger facility with private office space for additional therapists.
Our business model ensures success as income is based on collections and LMFT's and Psychologists are contractors of the corporation. Overhead is based on a percentage of collections, and office staff, IT, rent, and all supplies, are provided to contractors in return.
An abundance of clientele is available which ensures a full weekly schedule.
