Job Summary:
As a Life Coach, you will work with clients who have undergone bio mod procedures, helping them navigate their new reality and unlock their full potential. You will provide guidance, support, and accountability, empowering clients to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
•? ?Work one-on-one with clients to identify and achieve personal and professional goals •? ?Develop and implement customized coaching plans tailored to each client's needs •? ?Provide support and guidance on adjusting to life with bio mods •? ?Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions on topics such as self-care, mindfulness, and goal-setting •? ?Collaborate with internal teams, including Medical and Sales, to ensure comprehensive support for clients •? ?Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical coaching standards
Requirements:
•? ?3+ years of experience in life coaching, counseling, or a related field •? ?Certification in life coaching or a related field (e.g., ICF, CTI) •? ?Strong understanding of human behavior, motivation, and personal growth •? ?Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills •? ?Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs •? ?Familiarity with bio mods and 3D printing technology (desired)
