Qualifications:

• Education: M.D., D.O.
• Completion of an ACGME or AOA Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency and Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology
• Unrestricted FL medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA
