In this position, you'll oversee patient care units, ensuring quality delivery systems, developing strategic policies, and fostering an empowered workforce to enhance patient outcomes and align with our mission of transforming healthcare.
Responsible for the administration of the Emergency Trauma Center and other designated number of patient care units, services or programs. Utilizes clinical and managerial expertise to develop, implement and evaluate effective patient care delivery systems for assigned units or services. Ensures the quality of patient care provided on assigned units/services. Encompasses, but is not limited to, area-specific and departmental-wide administration, management, collaboration, education and research.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Master's degree in a related field of study.
Experience - Five (5) years of clinical management experience in a similar role, including emergency services. Level I trauma center/tertiary care experience, hospital/healthcare system, Studer or magnet experience preferred.
Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses
RN - Registered Nurse -NLRN
Certification in nursing specialty or administration preferred
