About the Role As a Urologist at the Fresno VA, you’ll provide comprehensive urologic care, including inpatient and outpatient consultations, surgeries, and treatments. You’ll work closely with a skilled team of professionals, leveraging advanced equipment to deliver high-quality care. Additionally, opportunities for teaching and research are available through our academic affiliation with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).

Compensation and Incentives
• Starting Salary: $335,000 to $365,000 annually.
• Recruitment Incentives: Eligible candidates may receive additional incentives.
• Performance Bonus: Up to $15,000 annually based on quality and productivity metrics.

Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered in certain circumstances).
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
• Full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the U.S.

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is the largest integrated health care system in the United States, providing care at 1,321 health care facilities, including 172 VA Medical Centers and 1,138 outpatient sites of care of varying complexity (VHA outpatient clinics) to over 9 million Veterans enrolled in the VA health care program.
