Position Overview: Craig Hospital seeks an experienced and visionary Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) & Vice President of Hospital Services to lead our nursing department, and other clinical areas, and uphold our commitment to exceptional patient and family-centered care. The CNO & VP of Hospital Services will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of clinical care at Craig, ensuring our standards of excellence are met and exceeded while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for nursing and other departmental areas, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
Advocate for and focus on nursing’s role at the executive level, ensuring that the nursing perspective is integrated into organizational decision-making.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ongoing professional development within all staff.
Engage with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and rehabilitation.
Promote research initiatives that advance care delivery for patients with SCI and BI.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior nursing leadership role, with a strong track record of driving clinical excellence and innovation.
Advanced clinical knowledge in neurorehabilitation or related fields is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
Strong background in change management, with the ability to implement effective strategies for improvement.
BSN and Master’s degree in nursing or a related field required; relevant certifications are a plus.
