Shift/Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday Location: Required to work onsite in Round Rock, Texas once per month.

Overview: We are looking for that special Hospice Care Consultant to join our team.
Reports directly to the Business Development Manager.
Educates families and local healthcare partners in the local community.
You will be the driving force in the community that impacts hospice referrals by developing key relationships with healthcare professionals, senior care facilities, and families.
You will present at huddles to educate our healthcare partners on hospice services.
You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule and marketing plan.
You will develop meaningful relationships with internal key contacts and opinion leaders including program directors/managers, nurse managers, office staff and others.
You may educate on hospice in the patient home and may complete hospice admission forms.
Coordinates physician and provider educational visits to internal and external physicians and staff.
Key Success Factors:
Proven track record in marketing or sales preferably in hospice or healthcare industry
Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work and perform individually and as a trusted team member
A "heart" for end-of-life care; having empathy for patients and their families
Known and respected within your community

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualifications
