The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, in Joplin, MO, is seeking a full-time, Primary Care Physician. Ideal candidate would be board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with extensive women’s health experience. Potential starting base salary range: $232K-243K
Permanent full-time position
Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Performs and records history and physical examinations and records data from clinic visits.
Provides medical care encompassing acute and chronic medical conditions and all appropriate preventive care for both male and female veterans.
Prescribes medications according to approved formulary, and in accordance with Federal and State Law.
Orders diagnostic tests, medications, laboratory tests as medically relevant for each patient.
