GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under general supervision responsible for managing mobile devices across multiple platforms, overseeing mobile device deployment, ensuring the security of mobile data, and addressing any technical issues.  

The MDM Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert for mobile device management including Apple iOS, Android and MacOS, responsible for management and support of all mobile devices utilizing management tools including Microsoft Intune. Other responsibilities include writing design documents, helping to develop technical requirements, supporting cross functional support teams and ensuring alignment with strategic direction.

May act as project manager on certain projects. Completes all tasks assigned by leadership in a proactive manner. Acts as a liaison between local leadership and corporate management to communicate system administration activities\issues in the region.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Manage and oversee mobile device deployment
•    Develop and maintain device configuration standards and profiles
•    Excellent understanding of mobile devices, operating systems, and mobile applications
•    Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Intune.
•    Knowledge of mobile device management and security technologies
•    Assess and test potential new mobile solutions and upgrades
•    Familiarity with enterprise directory services (Active Directory), networking, storage and infrastructure.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent education
•    Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Information Technology,
•    Including 3 years being focused on Mobile Device Management.
