Our client, a not-for-profit organization in upstate Vermont is hiring a new Chief Medical Officer and is considering very experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners with leadership experience. They are interested in speaking to candidates with area ties and/or the desire to live and serve in a friendly rural community. The schedule is Monday through Friday and the position demands may require the new CMO to work at both of their locations. They will report to the Executive Director supervising and coordinating medical teams in adherence to the organization's mission, vision, and values. A demonstrated knowledge of general medicine, psychiatry, clinical operations, compliance, process implementation, relationship building, etc. are a just a few of the attributes required for this role. The new PMHNP/CMO will need to have ANCC board certification, an unrestricted DEA, and a Vermont state license to start. CompHealth offers license assistance.
