SUMMARY OF POSITION:

As a Physical Therapist at our Penn State Health Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy Clinic located in State College, PA you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of seasoned therapists with expertise in sports, orthopedic, vestibular, hand, and spine rehab amongst others and collaborate with Sports Medicine Orthopedic and non-operative Primary Care Providers who are located within our high paced outpatient clinic.

The patient populations you will care for are varied and include but is not limited to: pre-operative, non-operative and post-operative patients with peripheral joint injuries, acute and chronic orthopedic conditions and spine dysfunction.

The preferred candidate will have at least 2 years experience in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, however, new graduates will be considered. Athletic Training Certification (ATC) is preferred but not required. Candidate must hold (or eligible for) a PA license in Physical Therapy. No weekends required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE certified program and completion of clinical rotations required.
• Must hold a PA license (or eligibility) in physical therapy.
