DescriptionThe Business Analyst will serve as lead resource on all financial activities of the Center, including managing financial data for use in fiscal closing, budgetary process, grant reports, and other uses as directed by the Center and/or Administrative Director, which also includes designing, developing, and maintaining spreadsheet and database software. They will serve as primary the Center's data analyst reporting on unique patients, visit counts, provider productivity, demographics, and other quantitative reports as requested. Additionally, they will lead department credentialing efforts for all incoming staff and existing staff’s initial and re-credentialing requirements.
Annual Salary Range: $76,200.00 - 158,800.00
QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training.
Five (5) years financial accounting experience, inclusive of preparing and reporting budgets and other financial statements.
Ability to independently gather required information to organize and perform financial analysis assignments.
Proven ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
Proven ability using spreadsheet and database software for complex financial analysis, fiscal management, and financial reports.
Proven interpersonal skills with peers throughout the organization; strong service orientation and critical thinking skills; and attention to detail. Proven ability using organizational skills to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to function as a member of a team.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of internal control practices and their impact on protecting University resources.
