Overview
Carle Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our established Family Practice, Urgent Care, and Occupational Health team in Peoria Heights, Illinois.

Join a growing team with an experienced Advanced Practice Provider and dedicated support staff
Our providers currently see patients for Primary, Occupational Health, and Urgent Care/walk-In.
Average 20-35 patients/day per provider
Clinic Hours are Mon – Fri 8 AM – 6 PM and Sat 9 AM – 4 PM
Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility
Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
Candidates with a strong interest in/experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Health are encouraged to apply
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to perform minor procedures such as splinting, suturing, removal of foreign body in eye, ear, and more
Candidates must have additional training in Occupational Medicine including becoming a Certified Medical Examiner through FMCSA within 6 months of hire date and certified through the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC)
