The Division of Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplant within the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health is recruiting a Pediatric Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy (SCTCT) Physician. We are looking for candidates with a track record of clinical excellence and academic contributions as demonstrated through training and/or practice experience in caring for patients undergoing stem cell transplantation and other cellular therapies like CAR T therapy. Special consideration will be made for candidates interested in neuroblastoma. Leadership opportunities within our stem cell transplant program are available, commensurate with experience. Provision of clinical care, teaching, and execution of scholarly activities is expected on the CHS track.

Requirements:

• Completion of an ACGME-approved pediatric residency program is required.
• Completion of an accredited fellowship program in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology is required, with additional time and/or experience in clinical stem cell transplant and/or cellular therapy fellowship preferred.
• Experience in an academic medical setting is preferred.
• For an appointment at Associate Professor or Professor rank on the CHS or CT Track, candidates will meet criteria established by the department as outlined in the School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for appointment or promotion to Associate Professor or Professor on the CHS or CT Track.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology through the American Board of Pediatrics is required.
• Candidate is required to have or be eligible for a Wisconsin medical licensure.
• Must be eligible for enrollment as a billing provider and for all necessary hospital privileges.
• MD, DO, or equivalent is required.
