Venice Family Clinic is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Advancement Services to join its development team. The Associate Director of Advancement Services is responsible for the management and day to day operations of the Advancement Services program and will lead the data and analytics strategy for the development department. This position reports to the Director of Individual and Corporate Philanthropy and plays a pivotal role in achieving the Clinic’s ambitious fundraising goals for the Clinic. The person in this position will be overseeing research and prospect management, gift processing, reporting, and data management, including supervising the Development Data Associate and Operations Assistant. They will develop and implement data-driven strategies in collaboration with other development leaders to enhance fundraising efforts. Utilize data analytics to identify potential donors, understand giving patterns, and optimize fundraising campaigns. They will establish relevant performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to track progress towards fundraising goals, and provide regular updates to leadership and the Director of Individual and Corporate Philanthropy.
Note this position has a fixed hybrid schedule that requires the person to work fully on-site for the first 3 months initially; afterward it will require on-site work 2 days per week.

Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $92,600 - $202,200 Annually; the budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is about $92,600.00 Annually.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce gift processing, data management, and reporting.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with individual and corporate fundraising programs, including experience using data and analytics to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
- Experience managing individual and corporate solicitation programs.
- Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with staff; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills, planning and ability to manage multiple priorities and think critically in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in prioritizing assignments to complete projects in a timely and thorough manner.
- Experience supervising and motivating staff and volunteers.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey information with accuracy, creativity and diplomacy.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, and the ability to travel between sites as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
