Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Great Lakes Region
The role you’ll contribute:
Coordinates the activities of the department
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Responsible for the direction of volunteers and coordination of services provided by volunteers
- Recruit, interview, select, and retain volunteers to support the patient census
- Train and monitor volunteers based on the volunteers’ strengths and weaknesses.
- Monitor volunteers’ status and work load
- Informs volunteers of policies, procedures, and standards of volunteer service
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
- Office experience
- Maintain a current, valid Driver's License in good standing with a safe driving record and a reliable vehicle.
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in a related field
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted at the discretion of the Director.
- Volunteer Services or related field
