The Program Manager WellBeing is a licensed clinician and responsibilities include the overall development and implementation of well-being programs including administration and design. The program manager works closely with the WellBeing Executive Committee and Senior Leadership to ensure the program goals are met. Possesses the social skills and ability to effectively engage with physicians and other clinical team members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Accountable for the development and implementation of well-being activities that are consistent with the direction and goals of the program.
Ensure participation in wellness programs which include maximization of engagement with tools and resources, behavioral change, reduction of health risks, improvement of overall well-being, and positive healthy lifestyle options amongst various participant populations.
Expand awareness in the community of BSWH wellness programs by serving in association leadership roles and engaging in speaking opportunities.
Partners and works closely with other team members on well-being improvement projects to address systemic or programmatic sources for stress and burnout.
Conduct/lead focus groups when appropriate and participate in educational opportunities.
Conduct and interpret program measurement data and provide testing of program metrics and outcomes; provide findings to management and executive committee related to well-being services.
Provide referrals to appropriate resources and perform face-to-face assessments when applicable.
Performs other appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous manner.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
Lic Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Lic Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), Lic Professional Counselor (LPC): LPC, LMFT, or LCSW - Must be licensed in the state.
