Summary:
The RCA team provides analytical support and reporting to all professional billing services provided throughout the UNC Health Care System including those services rendered at UNC Hospitals, Rex, Chatham, Johnston, Nash, Pardee, Caldwell and the community practices that comprise UNC Physician Network.
Intern will be working on a variety of high priority projects which will give them the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge into the complexities of the physician revenue cycle at a large (and growing) academic medical institution. Intern will also develop strong analytical skills and be given the opportunity to get trained in and work with the data mining software (SAP-Business Objects) that is being used in most leading Academic Medical Centers throughout the US, as well as the Professional Billing Module of Epic (Resolute Billing).
