Psychiatry Leadership Opportunity - $450K Starting Salary + 10% Annual Bonus Incentive

- Help pioneer our Behavioral Health service line by establishing psychiatric and mental health services throughout Guthrie's 15-county service area in Upstate NY and Northeastern PA
- Provide guidance to the organization in the areas of strategic planning, strategy execution and implementation of behavioral health management programs
- Offer broad leadership over clinical operations and quality of care for system-wide Behavioral Health
- Establish budgeted targets for the Department's programmatic growth
- Starting base salary range $450K - $500K

About the Facility
A 254-bed tertiary care referral center, Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA, has received numerous national awards for the high-quality care it provides to patients. The hospital is the region's only Level I Trauma Center, accredited by the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, and is served by Guthrie Air, a regional aeromedical helicopter program. Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital offers a full range of diagnostic, medical, and surgical services.
