In an oculoplastic surgeon career with Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), you will:

• Work with a team of ophthalmologists, optometrists and certified ophthalmic assistants.
• Partner with otolaryngology surgeons.
• Be at the forefront of leading-edge technologies, delivering high-quality care to patients.
• Collaborate seamlessly with expert clinicians and with other highly-trained professionals, all possessing unique areas of expertise.
• Experience an adaptable environment that stays current with the latest advancements in medical technology.
• Provide patients with eyelid, oculofacial, nasolacrimal, reconstructive, orbital and esthetic surgeries.

Some of our compensation and benefits highlights include:

Exceptional earning potential:

• Salary between $600,000 and $700,000 plus a value-based incentive opportunity
• No compensation at risk based on wRVU productivity
• Up to $30,000 forgivable recruitment loan
• Additional compensation support available for those who sign while in post-graduate training, equivalent to $2,500 per month while in training

Qualifications

• A network champion for ophthalmology and a passion for the clinical work
• Must be board-eligible or board-certified with American Board of Ophthalmology
• A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
• Reasonable call expectation
• Fellowship trained in oculoplastics
