Summary:
The Solutions Designer I supports the development and delivery of Population Health EMR-based and other solutions, in collaboration with ISD teams and other system stakeholders. They collaborate with ISD, other Health Alliance teammates and stakeholders to understand the clinical and operational needs and determine the implementation plan.
The Solutions Designer I leads the planning and project management for the delivery of existing solutions to new stakeholders, with support from the Solutions Manager or Senior Designer. They provide consultation and overview of existing solutions to interested groups. They also participate as a key contributor on larger, more complex Solutions projects/initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1.Requirements Gathering: Leverage knowledge of existing tools and stakeholder needs to prepare technical requirements for agile process. Work in close collaboration with ISD Team to ensure progression of work and to address barriers. 2.Project Management: Responsible for planning and oversight when leading project. Responsible for project tracking when leading or part of larger project team. Identifies, troubleshoots and communicates project barriers and risks to all stakeholders. Provides status updates. Manages multiple, projects. 3.Solutions Consultation: Provides overview of existing tools to internal and external stakeholders who are seeking solutions. 4. Quality/Process Improvement: Utilizes basic QI and process improvement tools to pilot or deploy solutions with small stakeholder groups and ensure tools can be used most effectively to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications

Experience with Epic (or another EMR), clinical operations, patient care, care management or population health.
