The role you’ll contribute:
The Intermediate Enterprise Imaging Administrator is responsible for providing intermediate onsite Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS) support for AdventHealth Radiology and Cardiology applications and hardware equipment. The Intermediate Imaging Administrator is required to report onsite at their associated AdventHealth facilities, work throughout the duration of their shift, and is responsible for promptly resolving advanced PACS incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system while adhering to the organization’s established service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, this role acts as an Information Technology resource to all imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, and Cardiologists and supports the department with day-to-day technology incidents & requests which include but not limited to: ServiceNow tickets, imaging workflow builds & configurations, voice dictation & reporting, modality configuration & connectivity, diagnostic equipment, implementation and ownership of project tasks, archiving, prefetching, new initiatives, and other related Imaging Systems and components. The value you’ll bring to the team:
Required to report onsite at the designated AdventHealth facilities, work the duration of each shift, participate in an on-call rotation, and support our team’s effort to provide 24x7x365 PACS support to our Radiology & Cardiology imaging departments.
Required to have accessible transportation available for support to primary & secondary facilities during the duration of each shift and when on-call. Minimum of 25% travel.
Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves intermediate PACS incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system for imaging related software applications and hardware equipment while adhering to the AdventHealth’s established service level agreements (SLAs) and ticket processing guidelines outlined in the Incident and Request Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Serves as an Information Technology resource between the imaging clinical staff, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and third-party vendors and provides prompt technical support / resolution pertaining to all Enterprise Imaging systems & components.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum of 3 years’ Healthcare or IT experience
Certified PACS Associate (CPAS) or obtained within 6 months of hire date
