The VA Fayetteville NC Coastal Healthcare System provides health care services to approximately 80,000 Veterans in a 19-county area of southeastern North Carolina. Our facilities include the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, two health care centers—one in Fayetteville and one in Wilmington, 9 outpatient clinics.

The Fayetteville VA Medical Center, is seeking a BC/BE Primary Care Physician for the Women’s Health Clinic! Patient appointments are scheduled in 30 minute increments for Follow-up patients and 1 hour for intake patients. The Women’s Health Clinic provides the following services:

• Health screening
• Blood pressure screening
• Cholesterol screening
• Breast exam
• Pelvic exam
• Pap smear
• Hormone/contraceptive therapy
• Women specific patient education
• Hormone/contraceptive therapy
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8-4:30 pm, no weekends or call
• Approximately 1K female veteran patient panel; 8–12 patients daily on average
