DescriptionSummary:This position requires the skills and knowledge of many areas within the clinic such as: Patient Registrar who performs all functions necessary to maintain the efficient workflow of all front office areas including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, medical records, serving as a call center agent, and cashiering; Medical Assistant who is able to assist in the examination, treatment, and care of the patient; Referral Coordinator who is responsible for coordinating all patient referrals, processes all requests for referral authorizations and researches problem referral claims or requests for payment.
