BJC has an opening for an Analyst, App Config Support - Lead. This Lead Analyst will be part of a team overseeing the support, development, data gathering, and testing of a diverse suite of application portfolios.

Partners with the CIO, hospital presidents, and other key clinical and functional leaders to effectively plan and assess BJC Information Services strategies. Analyzes ways to improve operations, and works proactively to integrate clinical, administrative, and IT solutions. Ensures ongoing support of existing IT systems to provide strong customer satisfaction. Responsible for effective project development and implementation which yield desired business results and the management of capital project scope, functionality, budgets, milestones, and workflow integration.

Role Purpose
Lead analyst or technical product owner with deep expertise in one or more technology software products or services in support of a defined group of stakeholders. Partners with stakeholders to identify and bring strategic initiatives from concept to implementation and manages a robust product backlog. Provides leadership to a Technology Product team, but is not a supervisor. NOTE: this position supports one or more of BJC's ERP ProductsEpic or applicable certifications will be required within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
Oversees the organization?s technical product and services portfolio and the delivery of customer value and/or user satisfaction over time. Aligns the product objectives with business objectives.
Plans and leads technology software product configuration and deployment activities for strategic, large and complex deployment projects.
Plans and leads user experience design activities relating to technology software products for strategic, large or complex programs or initiatives.
Ensures that all requests for support are dealt with according to set standards and procedures. Drafts and maintains procedures and documentation for applications support. Manages application upgrades and enhancements to improve business performance.
Plans and leads strategic, large and complex testing activities. Promotes a culture of quality within the team, driving adoption of and adherence to testing policies and standards. Leads or coordinates across multiple teams, vendors and business stakeholders to perform end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing activities.
May be part of an after-hours on-call rotation.
