Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Psychologist to join our team at Shepherd Community Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is an outpatient community-based psychologist position providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families at our IUHP Psychiatry East Washington location.  This service is a partnership between IU Health Physicians - Psychiatry and the Shepherd Community Center which supports underprivileged families in the near east side of Indianapolis.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Assessment and Diagnosis
• Complete comprehensive psychological assessments 
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals to create integrated care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed 
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes

Qualifications 

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
