Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Psychologist to join our growing team at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana. In this role, you will provide high-quality psychological assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patients' mental health and well-being, contributing to our commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning
Collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals to create integrated care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
Monitor patients and manage referrals which include depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic health issues, pain and stress
Qualifications
Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Indiana
Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
