We’re seeking a self-motivated, creative, goal-driven professional with:

·         Related bachelor’s degree required

·         MBA or MPH preferred

·         Five or more years of experience in hospital, insurance, or related healthcare finance preferred

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau highly desired

·         Knowledge of hospital decision support and EMR systems, EPSi / Strata and Epic preferred

·         Understanding of healthcare coding systems (ICD-10-CM/PCS, UB-04, HCPCS, MS DRG, CPT, etc.)

·         Familiarity with Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement

·         Ability to write SQL and other coding languages a plus

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to work autonomously

·         Ability to translate clinical needs into financial terms and explain results to a non-financial audience

·         Ability to anticipate and respond to rapid changes and industry shifts

·         Strong commitment to high-quality deliverables, professional collaboration, and skill development
