The role you’ll contribute:
The Director of Imaging Operations and Clinical Services is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the development of outpatient services at six locations and provides the five pillars of performance: Team, Service, Clinical, Market and Finance. The Director takes an active role in building relationships, process improvement, leading day to day operations and supporting a culture continuous quality improvement. The Director creates and restructures processes and policies in response to customer needs. Serves as the leader on team engagement, patient satisfaction, clinical accuracy, safety, market and financial growth. The Director of Operations supports other center/company needs as directed.

·Conducts Business Operations that includes processes and resources used to produce valuable services.
·Assures Clinical Services are provided with a continuum of direct patient care by qualified team members & Quality Performance improvement for X-Ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Women’s Imaging (Mammography, DEXA, Stereotactic biopsies (Princeton only), scheduling and supports departments related to all patient care at Diagnostic Imaging.
·Ensures that all regulatory standards are met and maintained at all imaging sites.
·Manages financial performance as demonstrated by achieving financial goals, including efficiency improvement and supply management
·Develops and implements business and strategic plans for all aspects of operations, including budgets and process improvement activities. Meets market goals by achieving budgeted Diagnostic Imaging volume targets.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
·Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field of study.
·5 leadership experience in an operations setting.
·CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation If certification is not current at time of hire, the employee must obtain a valid card within their first ninety days. Upon Hire
Preferred qualifications:
·Master's Degree in any of the above disciplines.
·5 leadership experience in a healthcare setting, clinical outpatient services and/or health administration.
·ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire Preferred
·ARDMS - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire
