About You
As a hybrid Producer/Project Manager, you are a strong, independent thinker and decision maker with a proven track record for delivering work on time and in budget. You?re able to adapt and thrive within the ever-widening landscape of marketing. You?re an energetic and a creative problem solver who enjoys working across different disciplines to find answers while protecting the creative vision.
Areas of execution include printed material, photography, video and new media. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a knack for building relationships. In this role, you will:
Oversee and manage campaigns from start all the way through to completion
Partner with creative leads to interpret marketing requests and plan flawless executions
Assure the on-time delivery of a high-quality marketing product
Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry vendors and capabilities as needed to determine the best procedure for each job
Provide estimates, project plans, scheduling, purchasing and quality/cost control
Find innovative ways to produce materials based on budget, time and expectations.
Planning & Execution
Partner with marketing managers and creative leads to assess the unique needs of each project.
Arrange and/or attend creative meetings for major activations, video and photography shoots.
Own production and the execution of assets based on the needs of the campaign. This can include print, broadcast, digital, social, art buying, premiums, and post work.
Estimate projects with appropriate suppliers and vendors and confirm that the schedule can be met.
Be an integral part of a project prior to and at the production stage, and communicate any additional costs that will be incurred due to schedule or spec changes.
Verify asset accuracy on all finished products in keeping with brand standards.
Coordinate with agency and media partners, printers and vendors.

Ensure proper processes and best practices
Attend meetings as required
Develop a reputation of dependability for using cost-saving, quality-driven production strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with both the creative and marketing management teams to enhance our reputation of great work and dependability

- EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
