It's close to big cities to its north and south, but without the traffic and other issues that big cities present. The area has a great variety of housing options: near the mountains, in open space amongst foothills, and in urban settings.
Just North of the metro Los Angeles area, Antelope Valley is situated 60 minutes due north of downtown LA. The service area is a hub both for quality housing and a range of activities. Staff members live in the immediate area but also in Santa Clarita affording them all the fine dining, entertainment, and cultural opportunities that Southern California has to offer.
